摘 要:航天电气产品使用各种型号和规格的电连接器进行连接,组成控制、遥测和其他功能的电缆网。由于电连接器构造较为精密,在装配过程中容易引入多余物,造成电路短路和断路。同时由于制造过程的误差和质量问题,运输过程中的振动、磕碰等现象,导致电连接器会出现歪针、缩针等情况,最终导致产品失效。为确保电连接器正常,在航天电气产品装配前,需要对电连接器进行检查。然而,传统的人工检查,受人员情绪、工作环境、判别标准等的不同,难以保证检查到位。该文对目前经常使用的基于机器视觉的自动接收检查中的关键技术进行分析,并提出相关建议,为自动接收检查系统的建立提供依据。Aerospace electrical products are connected by electrical connectors of various models and specifications to form a cable network for control,telemetry and other functions.Because the structure of the electrical connector is more precise,it is easy to introduce excess in the assembly process,resulting in short circuit and open circuit.At the same time,due to the errors and quality problems in the manufacturing process,vibration and bumps in the transportation process,there are crooked needles and shrinking pins in the electrical connectors,which eventually lead to product failure.In order to ensure that the electrical connector is normal,the electrical connector needs to be checked before the aerospace electrical products are assembled.However,the traditional manual inspection is difficult to ensure that the inspection is in place due to the differences in personnel mood,working environment,discrimination criteria and so on.This paper analyzes the key technologies of automatic receiving and inspection based on machine vision,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide a basis for the establishment of automatic receiving and inspection system.
