垃圾焚烧电厂钢桁架梁施工技术要点分析

摘　　要：生活垃圾焚烧无害化处理有效解决城市飞速发展带来生活垃圾与日俱增的难题,为有效解决生活垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾坑及卸料间钢桁架梁吊装施工难题,提出钢桁架梁水平滑移法施工。首先介绍钢桁架梁滑移流程和滑移关键技术要点,然后阐述吊车选型及千斤顶计算,最后实践表明该技术方案能有效缩短施工工期,减少大型机械投入,减少高空吊装风险,达到降本增效的目的。以期为同类型的垃圾焚烧电厂钢桁架屋面施工提供借鉴和参考。The harmless treatment of municipal solid waste incineration can effectively solve the problem of increasing domestic waste caused by the rapid development of the city.In order to effectively solve the difficult problem of hoisting steel truss beam in garbage pit and unloading room of municipal solid waste incineration power plant,the horizontal slip construction method of steel truss beam is put forward.Firstly,the slip process and key technical points of steel truss beam are introduced,and then the type selection of crane and jack calculation are described.Finally,the practice shows that the technical scheme can effectively shorten the construction period,reduce the investment of large machinery,reduce the risk of high-altitude hoisting,and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,which is expected to provide reference for the construction of steel truss roof of the same type of municipal solid waste incineration power plant.
