摘  要:采用雄株优株1号(A)、雄株优株2号(B)、雄株优株3号(C) 3个猕猴桃雄株花粉,对“红阳”猕猴桃进行授粉试验,研究不同雄株花粉组合对“红阳”猕猴桃果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同雄株花粉混合授粉“红阳”猕猴桃后,其果实外观品质和主要内含物质含量均有差异,其中单果重、横径、纵径平均值最大的组合均为BC,果形指数最大的为ABC,可滴定酸含量最低的组合为BC,可溶性固形物含量最高的组合为ABC,ASA(抗坏血酸)含量最高的组合为AC,固酸比最高的组合为ABC。总体上混合授粉后果实的外观品质和内含物质比单一花粉授粉的果实品质好,但具体每一种花粉在混合组合中的作用仍需要进一步研究。In this study,the pollen of three male plants of kiwifruit,male plant 1(A),male plant 2(B)and male plant 3(C),were used to pollinate‘Hongyang’kiwifruit,and the effects of different male plant pollen combinations on the fruit quality of‘Hongyang’kiwifruit were studied.The results showed that there were differences in the appearance quality and main contents after mixed pollination of different male pollen.Among them,the combination with the largest average single fruit weight,average transverse diameter and average longitudinal diameter was BC,the combination with the largest fruit shape index was ABC,the combination with the lowest titratable acid content was BC,and the combination with the highest soluble solid content was ABC,the combination with the highest ASA(ascorbic acid)content was AC,and the combination with the highest solid acid ratio was ABC.In general,the appearance quality and content of fruit after mixed pollination are better than that of fruit pollinated with single pollen,but the role of each pollen in mixed combination still needs to be further studied.
