摘 要:以滑皮金柑为研究对象,纳米硒、亚硒酸钠为硒源,分析叶面喷施硒肥对植株叶片叶绿素含量和果实产量、可溶性固形物、维生素C、还原糖、可溶性总糖、丙二醛含量,以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,叶面喷施纳米硒、亚硒酸钠后,滑皮金柑果肉、果皮、叶片硒含量分别提高230.6%和118.5%、253.8%和79.8%、616.3%和185.0%;果肉、果皮、叶片的GPx活性均显著高于CK处理;果肉、果皮、叶片的MDA含量均显著降低。叶面喷施纳米硒比亚硒酸钠对促进滑皮金柑果实生长、果实品质形成效果更佳。Using Huapi Kumquat as the research object,nano-selenium and sodium selenite as selenium sources,the effects of surface spraying selenium fertilizer on chlorophyll content and fruit yield,soluble solids,vitamin C,reducing sugar,total soluble sugar,malondialdehyde content,and glutathione peroxidase activity in plant leaves were analyzed.The results showed that,compared with CK,the selenium contents in pulp,peel and leaf of Huapi Kumquat were increased by 230.6%and 118.5%,253.8%and 79.8%,616.3%and 185.0%,respectively,after spraying nano-selenium and sodium selenite on leaf surface.The activities of GPx in flesh,peel and leaves were significantly higher than those in CK treatment.MDA content in flesh,peel and leaves decreased significantly.Foliar spraying nano-selenium had better effect on fruit growth and fruit quality formation than sodium selenite.
