摘 要:为解决工程项目过程中存在的严重资源浪费、预算超支和工期延后等一系列问题,保证项目建设过程能够顺利有序顺利开展,本文分析现行项目进度管理中存在的问题,提出基于挣值分析的项目建造管理模型。并以某船舶建造项目为例,运用该模型对其进行偏差分析、实施调控,并将其结果和原计划进行对比。分析发现,在运用挣值法进行调整之后的项目进度相比于原进度都得到了提速,并且整个工程都呈现出持续加速的趋势,证明了在船舶建造过程采用挣值管理的有效性。In order to solve a series of problems such as serious resource waste,budget overruns,and project delays in the engineering project process,and ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the project construction process,this article analyzes the problems in current project schedule management and proposes a project construction management model based on earned value analysis.Taking a certain ship construction project as an example,this model is used to conduct deviation analysis,implement regulation,and compare its results with the original plan.The analysis found that the project progress after adjusting using the earned value method has been accelerated compared to the original progress,and the entire project shows a continuous acceleration trend,proving the effectiveness of using earned value management in the shipbuilding process.
