摘 要:本文以江苏溧阳抽水蓄能电站为研究对象,对该电站圆形尾水隧洞断层破碎带施工技术应用进行了研究,制定圆形尾水隧洞穿越断层破碎带施工工法,采用TRT6000型地质雷达超前预报系统,超前小导管+钢拱架联合支护,预留核心土、双掏心、全断面一次开挖。在一层开挖时,采取超前地质预报、超前排水和降水、超前导管支护、短进尺、强支护等措施;二、三层开挖时,以松散爆破、反铲、冲击锤等辅助开挖、勤务支护为主。通过对隧道的分层衬砌技术的总结,确保了整个洞室的稳定性和工期的按时完工,为同类工程的设计施工提供了必要借鉴。Taking Jiangsu Liyang Pumped Storage Power Station as the research object,this paper studies the application of the construction technology of the round tailrace tunnel in the fault fracture zone of the power station,formulates the construction method of the round tailrace tunnel crossing the fault fracture zone,adopts the TRT6000 geological radar advanced prediction system,uses the advanced small conduit+steel arch joint support,reserves core soil,double coring,and excavates the whole section at one time.During the excavation of the first layer,comprehensive construction methods such as advance geological prediction,advance drainage and dewatering,advance pipe support,short footage and strong support are adopted.Loose blasting,backhoe,impact hammer and other auxiliary excavation and frequent support methods are mainly used for the excavation of the second and third layers.The layered lining technology of the cavern is summarized to ensure the stability of the overall structure of the cavern and the completion of the construction period on schedule,which plays a certain reference role in the construction of similar projects.
