摘　　要：BIM技术作为新型建造管理技术,已经深入建筑工程领域。在某大型国际机场项目管理中BIM技术贯穿于建设项目各个阶段,最终实现基于BIM技术的智能管理在全寿命周期管理中的应用。本文主要讨论利用BIM轻量化、信息化协同平台实现设计问题的闭环管理、BIM技术与VR技术结合实现设计的深化、BIM与无人机技术结合实现施工过程的数字化管理等基于BIM技术的智能项目全寿命周期管理。为智能建造的推广实施提供一些建议和方法。As a new construction management technology,BIM technology has been widely used in the field of construction engineering.In a large international airport project management,BIM technology runs through all stages of the construction project,and finally realized the application of intelligent management based on BIM technology in life cycle management.This paper mainly discusses the closed-loop management of design problems by using BIM lightweight informatization cooperation platform,the deepening of design by combining BIM technology with VR technology,the digitalization management of construction process by combining BIM technology with UAV technology,and the life cycle management of intelligent project based on BIM technology.Some suggestions and methods are provided for the promotion and implementation of intelligent construction.
