摘　　要：本文总结1例骶管囊肿患者术后中西医结合的护理。术前注重患者的情志护理,并做好术后锻炼准备工作;术后严密观察患者生命体征,积极预防骶管囊肿切除术后并发症;基于中医辨证,采取耳穴贴压、中药热奄、中药膏摩等中医护理技术缓解疼痛、促进伤口愈合、防治腹胀及便秘,通过中西医结合护理干预,缓解患者焦虑情绪,促进早期康复。This paper summarizes integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nurs-ing of patient with sacral cyst.Medical staff paid attention to the emotional care of the patient be-fore surgery,closely observed the vital signs of the patient after surgery,and actively prevented the occurrence of complications after the sacral cyst resection,including the prevention of infec-tion of the sacrococcygeal wound.Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differen-tiation,nursing techniques including auricular acupoint pressing,Chinese herbal medicine hot compress and ointment rubbing therapy were carried out to relieve the pain,improve the wound healing,prevent the constipation and promote the early rehabilitation after surgery.
