达克罗宁胶浆联合双氯芬酸钠栓在男性尿道膀胱镜检中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨达克罗宁胶浆联合双氯芬酸钠栓在尿道膀胱镜检术中的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在本院行尿道膀胱镜检的80例男性患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察组行尿道膀胱镜检前给予达克罗宁胶浆联合双氯芬酸钠栓复合局麻止痛治疗,对照组行尿道膀胱镜检前给予达克罗宁胶浆单纯局麻治疗,比较两组膀胱镜操作时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分、主观疼痛持续时间及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者的膀胱镜操作时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分和主观疼痛持续时间低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。随访24h,两组患者均未发生血尿、发热、排尿困难、尿道膀胱损伤等严重不良反应。结论达克罗宁胶浆联合双氯芬酸钠栓局麻止痛效果较好,值得推荐用于尿道膀胱镜检。Objective To investigate the efficacy of dclonine glue combined with diclofenac sodium in urethrocystoscopy.Methods A total of 80 male patients who underwent urethrocystoscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with dclonine glue combined with diclofenac sodium supposition combined with local anesthesia before urethrocystoscopy,while the control group was treated with dclonine glue alone under local anesthesia before urethrocystoscopy.The duration of cystoscopy,visual simulation score of pain,subjective pain duration and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in cystoscopy operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The visual analog pain score and subjective pain duration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).After 24 h follow-up,no serious adverse reactions such as hematuria,fever,dysuria,urethral bladder injury occurred in both groups.Conclusions The analgesic effect of dclonine glue combined with diclofenac sodium suppository local anesthesia is better,and it is recommended for urethrocystoscopy.
