摘 要:采用改良型Bardenpho+MBR+臭氧催化氧化工艺对预处理后的液蛋加工废水进行处理,通过合适的操作参数控制,并在Bardenpho工艺后置缺氧池增设碳源投加装置强化脱氮效果,保障了出水的稳定达标排放。工程运行结果表明,在进水平均COD 945.9 mg/L,NH_(3)-N、TN、SS分别为26.2~97.7、45.3~118.7、90.5~192.7 mg/L时,该工艺对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、SS平均去除率分别为97.5%、98.5%、85.9%、99.1%,出水各项指标达到《水污染物综合排放标准》(DB 11/307—2013)中的B排放标准。该工艺的成功应用可为类似废水处理工程设计提供参考。The improved Bardenpho+MBR+ozone catalytic oxidation process was used to treat the pre-treated liquid egg processing wastewater.Proper control of operating parameters and the addition of a carbon source dosing device in an anoxic tank after the Bardenpho process could enhance the denitrification effect and ensure stable and standard discharge of effluent.The engineering operation results showed that when the average COD of the influent was 945.9 mg/L,NH_(3)-N,TN,and SS were 26.2-97.7,45.3-118.7 and 90.5-192.7 mg/L respectively,the average removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,and SS by this process were 97.5%,98.5%,85.9%,and 99.1%,respectively.The various indicators of the effluent met the B emission standard in the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Water Pollutants(DB 11/307—2013).The successful application of this process can provide reference for similar wastewater treatment engineering design.
