手工焊接印制电路板的焊点问题与对策分析

摘　　要：阐述印制电路板的设计的特点,手工焊接印制电路板在焊接过程中出现的问题,包括虚焊问题、拉尖问题、球焊问题、桥接或连桥问题、印制电路板的中孔可焊接问题,探讨解决手工焊接印制电路板焊点问题的方法。This paper describes the characteristics of the design of printed circuit boards,and discusses the problems that arise during the welding process of manually welded printed circuit boards,including virtual soldering problems,pinching problems,ball soldering problems,bridging or bridging problems,and the problem of solderable holes in printed circuit boards.It also explores methods to solve the solder joint problems of manually welded printed circuit boards.
