摘 要:目的:研究虫草扶正方各味药材的协同免疫作用,并对虫草扶正方进行增强免疫力活性评价。方法:对比研究虫草扶正方内药材不同组合的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性及半数溶血值,并对其增强免疫力活性进行评价。结果:在同等剂量(300mg/kg)条件下,虫草扶正方组(冬虫夏草、西洋参、北沙参及肉桂)、冬虫夏草+西洋参+北沙参组及冬虫夏草组具有增强免疫力的作用,而其他组不具有增强免疫力活性。结论:通过药材不同组合配比研究表明,虫草扶正方各味药材间具有协同免疫作用,且虫草扶正方在不同剂量条件下(200、300、400mg/kg)具有增强免疫力活性,证明虫草扶正方可用于增强免疫力健康产品开发。Objective:To study the synergistic immune impact of the components(Cordyceps,Panax quinquefolium,Glehnia littoralis,Cinnamomum cassia)of Cordyceps fuzheng compound and to evaluate the immune function of the compound.Methods:The immune indexes including ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation ability,serum hemolysin level,carbon clearance ability,NK cell activity and half hemolysis were determined of different combination among components of the Cordyceps fuzheng compound.Results:Compared with the normal control group,Cordyceps fuzheng compound group(Cordyceps-Panax quinquefolium-Glehnia littoralis-Cinnamomum cassia),Cordyceps-Panax quinquefolium-Glehnia littoralis group and Cordyceps group could enhance the immune function of mice at the same dose(300mg/kg).However,the other groups showed no significant difference compared with the nomal group.Conclusion:Cordyceps fuzheng compound could enhance the immune function of mice at different dose(200,300,400mg/kg),the components of which could synergistically enhance immune function in mice.The Cordyceps fuzheng compound could be used to develop immunity enhancing products.
