摘  要:目的:通过测定艾叶挥发油的不同工艺参数对挥发油提取率的影响,考察不同工艺参数对挥发油成分的影响。方法:对不同冷凝温度、收集温度、加热温度、药液比、粉碎程度的提取率进行单因素考察,并采用GC-MS测定挥发油成分,采用相关性分析软件分析不同工艺参数与挥发油成分之间的相关性。结果:艾叶挥发油最佳提取工艺为冷凝温度20℃、收集温度10℃、加热温度280℃、药液比1∶15、粉碎进行提取。艾叶提取工艺参数中冷凝温度与挥发油主要成分中的蒿醇、樟脑、石竹烯呈显著相关性,药材粒度与挥发油主要成分龙脑的含量呈显著相关性。提取率与挥发油主要成分中蒿醇呈显著相关性。挥发油主要成分中龙脑含量随着药材粒度的增加逐渐增加,蒿醇含量随着挥发油提取率的提高而增加。结论:不同工艺参数对挥发油成分具有一定影响,该研究对艾叶挥发油提取工艺进行优化,可提高挥发油的收率和质量,为工业化提取提供有益指导。Objective:To determine the effect of different process parameters on the extraction of volatile oil by measuring the effect of different process parameters on volatile oil.Methods:The extraction temperature was measured by GC-MS,and the extraction temperature was measured by GC-MS.The correlation analysis software was used to analyze the effects of different process parameters on the volatile oil Impact.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the temperature was 20℃,the temperature was 10℃,the heating temperature was 280℃,the ratio of liquid to liquid was 1∶15,and the extraction was carried out.There were significant correlations between the temperature of the extraction process and the main components of the volatile oil,and the content of the medicinal materials was significantly correlated with the content of the volatile oil.The extraction rate was positively correlated with the main components of volatile oil.With the increase of the grain size,the content of the brain in the main components of the volatile oil gradually increased.With the increase of the extraction rate of volatile oil,the content of artemether alcohol in the main components of volatile oil increased.Conclusion:The influence of different process parameters on the extraction rate of volatile oil is large,which can provide the basis for the extraction process.The technological parameters have a certain influence on the volatile oil composition.
