厚朴花与山玉兰花鉴定研究

摘　　要：目的:建立厚朴花与山玉兰花的鉴别方法。方法:该研究共收集8份厚朴花样品及12份山玉兰花样品,首先,查阅《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版,依据厚朴花性状项下花被、心皮、花梗、雄蕊特征及显微鉴别项下花被表皮细胞、石细胞、油细胞、花粉粒、草酸钙结晶、非腺毛的特征对样品进行鉴定研究;其次,运用DNA条形码技术对样品进行鉴定并与性状显微鉴定结果比较分析。结果:性状显微能有效鉴定厚朴花与山玉兰花,且与DNA条形码的鉴定结果一致。结论:表明传统的性状显微鉴别可以有效鉴定厚朴花与山玉兰花,DNA条形码鉴定技术可以有效为传统性状显微鉴别提供科学依据。Objective:To identify Magnoliae officinalis Flos and Magnoliae delavayi Flos.Methods:In this study,a total of eight Magnoliae officinalis Flos samples and twelve Magnoliae delavayi Flos samples were collected.Firstly,consult Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),identification of study samples according to the Character of anth,carppel,pedicle,stamen,and the characteristics of epidermal cells,stone cells,oil cells,pollen grains,calcium oxalate crystals,and non-glandular hairs.Secondly,DNA barcoding technology was used to identify the samples and the results were compared with the microscopic identification of traits.Results:Character and microscopic identification can effectively Magnoliae officinalis Flos and Magnoliae delavayi Flos,and it is consistent with DNA barcoding.Conclusion:The results show that the traditional character and microscopic identification can effectively identify Magnoliae officinalis Flos and Magnoliae delavayi Flos,and DNA barcoding can effectively provide the scientific basis for the traditional character and microscopic identification.
