自拟疏肝理气方联合认知行为疗法治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的:自拟疏肝理气方联合认知行为疗法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按照随机数字法分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,治疗组予以自拟疏肝理气方联合连续规范的认知行为治疗,对照组予以常规西药治疗,两组的治疗疗程均为4周;比较治疗前后临床总评分、NDSI和NDLQI评分、PHQ-9和GAD-7评分、复发率。结果:治疗后,治疗组的临床总积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的NDSI评分、NDLQI评分、PHQ-9评分、GAD-7评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的复发率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟疏肝理气方联合认知行为疗法治疗功能性消化不良在提高临床疗效、改善临床症状、改善患者抑郁状况方面具有一定的优势,且复发率低。Objective:Clinical effect of self-designed Shugan Liqi Formula combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on functional dyspepsia.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a treatment group(30 cases).The treatment group was given a self-designed shuganliqi prescription combined with continuous standard cognitive behavioral therapy,and the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The total clinical score,NDSI and NDLQI scores,PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores,and recurrence rate were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total clinical score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NDSI score,NDLQI score,PHQ-9 score,and GAD-7 score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of self-designed Shugan Liqi Prescription and cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has certain advantages in improving clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,and depression,and the recurrence rate is low.
