摘　　要：通过收集临床治疗病例,从帕金森病的病因病机出发,以肝肾亏虚、肝郁脾虚为辨证要点,以补益肝肾、疏肝养心、活血安神为主法治疗,并通过具体案例分析总结归纳谭文澜教授治疗经验,为中西医结合治疗帕金森病伴抑郁状态的治疗提供进一步研究依据。Collect clinical treatment cases through the following tutor Professor Tan Wenlan,Starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease,taking liver and kidney deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency as the key points of syndrome differentiation,taking tonifying the liver and kidney,soothing the liver and nourishing the heart,activating blood and calming the nerves as the main treatment,and summarizing its treatment experience through specific case analysis,to provide further research for the treatment of Parkinson's disease with depression by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.
