“清神和胃”针法治疗美尼尔氏综合征临床经验

摘　　要：美尼尔氏综合征是以膜迷路性积水为主要病变特点的内耳疾患,临床上以反复发作性眩晕,并伴有耳鸣、耳闷和波动性听觉减退为主要症状。介绍王建强主任医师运用“清神和胃”针法治疗美尼尔氏综合征的临床经验,基于中医学阐述其病因病机,论述“清神和胃”针法的理论来源,处方配穴主要包括翳风、百会、风池近治清神,醒脑止眩;太冲、合谷、内关、中脘远治和胃,化痰开窍,着重强调透刺风池和深刺中脘的手法术式,并从近治和远治探讨治疗美尼尔氏综合征的作用机制等,以期为临床提供借鉴。Menier's syndrome is a disease of the inner ear characterized by membranous labyrinth hydrops.Clinically,the main symptoms are recurrent vertigo accompanied by tinnitus,ear tightness and fluctuating hearing loss.The article introduces the clinical experience of Director Wang Jianqiang's treatment of Menier's syndrome with“qingshen hewei”acupuncture,and the etiology and pathogenesis were discussed in traditional Chinese medicine.The theoretical source of“qingshen and stomach”acupuncture was discussed,and the prescription of acupoint collocation mainly included yifeng,baihui,and fengchi to recuperate and restore spirit and to stop being dizzy.Taichong,hegu,neiguan,zhongwan to reconcile the stomach,dissipating phlegm and opening orifices,emphasizing the manipulation of penetrating fengchi and zhongwan,discussing and analyzing the mechanism of action in the treatment of Menier's syndrome from the two aspects of near treatment and far treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
