基于和法理论运用小柴胡汤治疗相火病变探究

摘　　要：和法是治病之法,相火乃人体宰辅之火,小柴胡汤为和解少阳之要方。秦晋高氏内科学术流派唐远山教授运用小柴胡汤颇为广泛,其目的是和其不和,协调表里的经络、气机。小柴胡汤治疗人体半表半里病证,遵循了和法治疗相火病变的实践经验,其疗效在应用中可见一斑。这不仅可拓宽临床治疗相火病变的思路,且为中医治疗相火病变提供了案例支持。The harmony is a method of curing diseases and the minister fire is the auxiliary fire of the human body.The Xiaochaihu decoction is an important recipe for the reconciliation of Shaoyang.The Xiaochaihu decoction was widely used in Tang Yuanshan professor branch of the internal medicine academic school of Qin Jingao,with the purpose of coordinating the meridians and qi mechanisms inside and outside the human body.In the treatment of half surface and half inside the human body,Xiaochaihu decoction used the practice experience of the treatment of minister fire disease,and its efficacy can be seen in the application.The Xiaochaihu decoction could not only broaden the clinical treatment of minister fire lesions,but also provide case support for traditional Chinese medicine of minister fire lesions.
