摘　　要：风湿类疾病是可累及骨关节及其周围软组织,以及内脏血管和结缔组织成分的一组疾病,涉及范围很广。苗族医药历史悠久、影响深远、内涵丰富、疗效独特,在抗炎、镇痛、免疫抑制等方面具有良好效果,尤其在治疗风湿类疾病上有独特优势,值得推广应用。通过搜集、整理近年来的相关文献,总结归纳苗医药对风湿类疾病的认识、治疗及苗医药治疗风湿类疾病常用的苗药提取物,以期为深入研究开发利用苗医药治疗风湿类疾病提供科学依据,从而推动苗医药在我国医药大健康产业的进一步发展。Rheumatic diseases refer to a group of diseases that can involve bone and joint,its surrounding soft tissue,visceral blood vessels and connective tissue components,and cover a wide range.Miao medicine has a long history,profound influence,rich connotation and unique curative effect.It has good effects in anti-inflammatory,analgesic,immunosuppressive and other aspects,especially in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.It is worth promoting and learning.Through collecting and sorting out relevant documents in recent years,the understanding and treatment of Miao medicine in rheumatic diseases and the commonly used extracts of Miao medicine in the treatment of rheumatic diseases are summarized,with a view to providing scientific basis for further research,development and utilization of Miao medicine in the treatment of rheumatic diseases,thus facilitating the further development of Miao medicine in China's pharmaceutical health industry.
