摘　　要：近年来,随着盆腔炎性疾病在妇科疾病中发病率不断攀升,尤其是其迁延日久形成盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,更是严重影响了育龄期女性的生育、健康及日常生活。在基础研究中,壮医药复方制剂治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的作用机制取得了一定进展。壮医药通过内治、外治与综合疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症所取得的临床疗效不容轻视。归纳总结壮医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的基础与临床研究进展,为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的壮医药治疗提供新思路。In recent years,the increasing incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease in gynecological diseases,especially its prolonged formation of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae,it has seriously affected the fertility,health,and daily life of women of childbearing age.In basic research,the mechanism of action of Zhuang medicine compound preparation in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease has made some progress.At the same time,Zhuang medicine through internal and external treatment and comprehensive treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae achieved clinical efficacy can not be ignored.This paper summarizes the basic and clinical research progress of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,and provides new ideas for the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with Zhuang medicine.
