老龄化视角下社区户外活动圈更新设计策略

摘　　要：通过对社区生活圈规模及设施配备进行解读,并依据老年人步速和成年人差异构建老年人社区户外活动圈,进而选取哈尔滨主城区有代表性空间肌理特征的几类实际地块,解析活动圈层下空间聚焦点和资源分布现状和存在问题,以问题为出发点引出更新设计策略。老龄化视角下社区户外活动圈更新设计应注重细化资源转化等级以进一步释放空间弹性,疏通内围道路和场地连通性并强化和其他平台关联,以及节点和交通汇聚处非正式场所的延续。对社区户外活动圈层划分、空间肌理特征、空间类型、资源分布等的审视,有利于空间适老化更新在物质构成与资源建设方面的系统化提升。By evaluating the scale and facilities of the community living circle,the outdoor activity circles of the el⁃derly community are established according to the difference between the pace of the elderly and the adults.Several types of actual plots with representative spatial texture characteristics in the main urban area of Harbin are selected to analyze the current situation and existing problems of spatial focus and resource distribution.The renewal design strategies are proposed,including refining resource conversion levels to further release spatial elasticity,unblocking internal roads and site connectivity,strengthening connections with other platforms,and continuing informal-places at nodes and traffic gatherings.The examination of the division of outdoor activity circles,spatial texture characteris⁃tics,space types,and resource distribution is conducive to the systematic improvement of space renewal in terms of physical composition and resource construction.
