聚类下的建筑自由曲面划分模数化研究

摘  要:随着非线性建筑迅速发展,自由曲面被更多的应用在建筑中。但由于自由曲面的各异性,加工建造成本高,施工难度大,设计与实际建造中还会出现较大的差异性。文中以模数化为核心对自由曲面划分展开研究,基于划分方法,提出通过以聚类的方法,将相似单元组成同一模数类别,以此减少族群内单元块之间的误差值;同时在聚类方法的基础上,建立模数评价指标,进一步研究划分、聚类族群与模数评价指标之间的相关性。通过划分参数与聚类后多项指数的多目标优化,以及建立聚类族群与聚类后指数的拟合模型,以此选择最少的聚类族群数,实现优化后的曲面模数化划分研究。With the rapid development of nonlinear architectures,free-form surfaces are more and more used in the structural system.However,the construction of which is high-priced and difficult due to the different unit plates,and the design and actual construction often have a large difference.Based on the partition method,a clustering method is proposed to form similar elements into the same module category,so as to reduce the error between the unit blocks within the population.At the same time,modulus evaluation indicators are established to further study the correlation between division,clustering population,and modulus evaluation indicators.By multi-objective opti⁃mization of partitioning parameters and multi-index after clustering,as well as establishing a fitting model between clustering population and clustering index,the minimum number of clustering population is selected to achieve the research of optimized surface modular partitioning.
