摘  要:在国家和黑龙江省的“双碳”政策的正确指引下,文中考虑科学的运用非恒量控制法推算解析哈尔滨市某新建超低能耗住宅围护结构的构造变化对墙体的主断面传热、节能及湿积累的影响因素和大小,可以为“双碳”中的超低能耗建筑提供切实可行的参考。现阶段围护结构外保温层的厚度尺寸越来越大,对整体保温性能、节能要求越来越高,同样对于水蒸气透过围护结构进行湿传递的影响更为重要。At present,the thickness and size of the external insulation layer of the enclosure structure are increas⁃ing,and the requirements for overall insulation performance and energy conservation are becoming higher.Similarly,the impact of moisture transfer through the enclosure structure is more important.Under the guidance of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals of China,the influencing factors and sizes of the structural changes of the enclo⁃sure structure of a newly built ultra-low energy residential building on the heat transfer,energy conservation,and moisture accumulation of the main section of the wall in Harbin are calculated and analyzed by non-constant control method.
