摘  要:为实现浆锚搭接装配式结构在挡土墙工程中的应用,文中设计了一种采用浆锚搭接连接的预制装配式挡土墙,进行了足尺模型荷载试验,并利用有限元软件ANSYS建模计算进行对比分析,试验结果表明,新型浆锚搭接装配式挡土墙的有限元空间分析计算结果与试验实测值基本吻合;荷载施加阶段,底板上的三角区与墙身交界交汇处,应力分布较为复杂。尤其是受大吨位加载的影响,加载侧交汇处,受拉与受压会相互转换;荷载施加载到220 kN时,结构的抗裂安全系数为1.375。试验与有限元模拟均表明浆锚搭接装配式挡土墙结构安全可靠,最终应用于哈尔滨市机场第二通道迎宾路高架工程(省道老机场公路改造)一期工程装配式挡土墙工程中。The paper studies the application of slurry anchor lap assembly structure in retaining wall engineering.A prefabricated retaining wall with slurry anchor lap joint is designed and simulated by the finite element software AN⁃SYS,the results of which is compared with that of the full-scale model load test.The test results show that the finite element spatial analysis results of the new slurry anchor lap joint prefabricated retaining wall are basically consis⁃tent with the measured values of the test.In the loading stage,the stress distribution is complicated at the junction of the triangular area and the wall.Under the influence of large tonnage loading,tension and compression convert to each other at the intersection of loading side.When the load is applied to 220 kN,the safety factor of cracking resis⁃tance of the structure is 1.375.Results from both tests and finite element simulation show that the structure of slurry anchor lapped prefabricated retaining wall is safe and reliable,and it is applied to the prefabricated retaining wall project of the first phase of the elevated project of Yingbin Road,the second channel of Harbin Airport(provincial Highway Old Airport Road reconstruction).
