摘  要:为研究玄武岩纤维掺量和橡胶取代率对混凝土的力学性能的影响,对橡胶取代率为5%、10%、15%,玄武岩纤维掺量为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的玄武岩纤维橡胶混凝土进行抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度测试。结果表明玄武岩纤维橡胶混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度随橡胶替代率的增加而降低,随玄武岩纤维掺量的增加呈现先升后降的趋势,最佳掺量为0.2%。可见玄武岩纤维的桥接作用对提高橡胶混凝土力学性能、增韧阻裂作用显著,研究结果为玄武岩纤维增强橡胶混凝土的结构分析与设计提供了理论基础。In order to study the effects of basalt fiber content and rubber substitution rate on the mechanical proper⁃ties of concrete,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength of basalt fiber reinforced rub⁃ber concrete are tested,with the rubber substitution ratio is 5%,10%,and 15%,and the basalt fiber content is 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3%.The results show that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and flexural strength de⁃crease with the increase of rubber substitution rate,and show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of basalt fiber content.The optimal content of basalt fiber is 0.2%.It is concluded that the bridging effect of basalt fibers has significant effects on improving the mechanical properties,toughness,and crack resistance of rub⁃ber concrete.The research results may provide a theoretical basis for the structural analysis and design of basalt fi⁃ber reinforced rubber concrete.
