摘  要:文章研究了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯二元共聚胶粉掺量对自密实ECC出机工作性的影响,胶粉掺量对抗压、抗折强度、等效弯曲强度和等效弯曲韧性的影响,同时,对自密实ECC收缩性能进行试验。结果表明乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯二元共聚胶粉的加入对自密实ECC坍落扩展度、抗压强度影响不明显,T500扩展时间、倒置坍落度筒排空时间、抗折强度、等效弯曲强度和等效弯曲韧性与胶粉掺量线性相关,当掺量为1%时,自密实ECC收缩率最低,对于ECC制备具有很好的实用性。The effect of ethylene vinyl acetate binary copolymer rubber powder dosage on the workability of selfcompacting engineered cementitious composites(ECC)is studied,as well as the influence of rubber powder dosage on compressive strength,flexural strength,equivalent bending strength,and equivalent bending toughness.Addition⁃ally,the shrinkage performance of self-compacting ECC is tested.The results show that the addition of ethylene-vi⁃nyl acetate copolymer powder have a negligible effect on the slump-flow and compressive strength of self-compact⁃ing ECC.It had a linear relationship with T500 slump-flow time,flow time of mixture from inverted slump cone,flex⁃ural strength,equivalent bending strength,and equivalent bending toughness.The lowest shrinkage rate of self-com⁃pacting ECC is observed at a powder content of 1%,which has good practicality for ECC preparation.
