摘　　要：本文从眼科延续护理的现状与发展趋势进行综述,探讨适合我国当前医疗体制下眼科患者的延续护理模式,以利于有针对性的开展服务,从而提高眼科患者治疗的依从性,改善眼科患者的生活质量。This article reviews the current situation and development trend of ophthalmic transitional care,and explores the transitional care model suitable for ophthalmic patients under the current medical system in China,so as to facilitate targeted services,improve the treatment compliance of ophthalmic patients,and improve the quality of life of ophthalmic patients.
