摘　　要：汽车涂装是汽车制造过程中重要的环节之一,而汽车涂装中间涂层溅溶剂问题已成为汽车涂装的棘手问题。结合汽车涂装生产过程中溅溶剂问题,对中涂溅溶剂成因进行深入系统的研究,以期能找到中间涂层溅溶剂问题的解决方案,从而节约企业生产成本和提高企业生产效率,为汽车涂装制造过程中出现的质量问题提供参考经验和解决思路。Automobile painting is one of the important links in the automobile manufacturing process.The problem of solvent splashing in the middle coating of automobile painting has become a thorny issue in automobile painting.This article combines the problem of solvent splashing in the automobile coating production process and conducts an in-depth and systematic study on the causes of solvent splashing in the intermediate coating,in order to find a solution to the problem of solvent splashing in the intermediate coating,thereby saving production costs and improving production effciency of the enterprise,and providing a good foundation for automobiles.Provide some reference experiences and solutions to quality problems that arise during the coating manufacturing process.
