摘 要:随着汽车产业的快速发展,汽车检测设备的自动化和智能化已成为行业发展的重要趋势。机电一体化作为汽车检测设备自动化的核心技术,可以实现设备的高效、准确、稳定运行,从而提升检测水平。目前,汽车检测设备在机电一体化方面存在一些关键问题,如设备结构复杂、性能不稳定等,这些问题亟待解决。文章就汽车检测设备机电一体化关键问题展开探讨,提出相应对策。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the automation and intelligence of automobile testing equipment has become an important trend of the industry development.As the core technology of the automation of automobile testing equipment,mechatronics can realize the efficient,accurate and stable operation of the equipment and improve the detection level.However,at present,automobile testing equipment stil faces some key problems in mechatronics,such as complex equipment structure,unstable performance and so on,which need to be solved urgently.This paper discusses the key problems of the electromechanical integration of automobile testing equipment,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
