摘　　要：从培养高职学生工匠精神的现实问题入手,对培养职业操守的必要性与时代价值进行了剖析。从营造校园文化氛围、制订人才培养方案、改革教育教学模式、加强教师队伍建设、构建协同育人体系、建立信息化评估体系方面进行研究。为实现立德树人这一基本任务,提出了培养高职车辆专业职业道德的有效途径。Starting from the practical problems of cultivating the craftsman spirit of vocational college students,this paper analyzes the necessity and value of the times to cultivate professional ethics.Research is carried out from six aspects,including creating a campus cultural atmosphere,formulating talent training plans,reforming education and teaching models,strengthening the construction of teachers,building a collaborative education system,and establishing an information evaluation system.In order to realize the basic task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,an effective way to cultivate professional ethics of high vocational and high vehicle is proposed.
