摘　　要：随着汽车市场消费需求的不断迭代,车企整车研发能力面临越来越大的挑战,要求项目开发流程要及时对需求变化做出反应。并且,随着新能源汽车技术水平及生产规模化的不断提高,消费者对于新能源汽车接受度越来越高。因此,面对挑战,传统燃油车主机厂应对汽车新四化(电动化、网联化、智能化、共享化)进行研究,在整车开发过程中及时变更开发流程及管理模式。文章介绍了整车研发流程各阶段,分析了流程变更原因和可能性,提出了相应的流程管理模式。With the continuous iteration of consumer demand in the automotive market,the R&D capabilities of automotive companies are facing increasing challenges,requiring the project development process to respond promptly to changes in demand.Moreover,with the continuous improvement of new energy vehicle technology and production scale,consumers'acceptance of new energy vehicles is becoming increasingly high.Therefore,in the face of challenges,traditional fuel vehicle manufacturers should conduct research on the new four modernizations of automobiles(electrification,networking,intelligence,and sharing),and timely change the development process and management mode during the entire vehicle development process.The article introduces the various stages of the vehicle development process,analyzes the reasons and possibilities for process changes,and proposes corresponding process management models.
