摘  要:车门铰链是一种多螺纹联接结构,在阐述典型连接关系的基础上,基于HYPERMESH和ANSYS建立了针对车门铰链有限元模型;对该模型在绑定接触、固定副、共节点、焊点链接、耦合约束方程等不同连接关系下,进行瞬态动力学分析,得到了多螺纹联接铰链结构的应力和变形分布;对不同连接关系下的应力大小和变形量进行了对比分析。结果表明:共节点法与耦合约束方程法相结合的评判标准更加安全可靠。The door hinge is a kind of multi-thread joint structure.In this paper,the finite element model of the door hinge is established based on HYPERMESH and ANSYS.The stress and deformation distribution of the multi-thread joint hinge structure were obtained by analyzing the transient dynamics of the model under different connection relations such as binding contact,fixed pair,common joint,solder joint link and coupling constraint equation.The stress and deformation under different connection relationships are compared and analyzed.The results show that the evaluation criteria combined with the common node method and the coupled constraint equation method is more secure and reliable.
