摘 要:针对某增压车型的发动机冷却风扇电机后壳体温度超过限制值进行测试分析。针对该热害问题,应用仿真软件分析机舱流场及温度状态。通过分析可知,冷却风扇电机热害问题产生主要原因是机舱零件间隙,冷却风扇电机与三元催化器等热源较近,电机受到热辐射的影响较大。通过更改前端冷却模块的布置位置,可以有效改善冷却风扇电机后壳体温度。This article conducts testing and analysis on the engine cooling fan motor rear housing temperature exceeding the limit value for a certain turbocharged vehicle model.To address this heat hazard issue,simulation software is applied to analyze the flow field and temperature status in the engine room.Through analysis,it can be seen that the main reason for the thermal damage problem of the cooling fan motor is the gap between the engine compartment parts,and the cooling fan motor is close to heat sources such as the three-way catalytic converter,which greatly affects the motor due to thermal radiation.By changing the layout position of the front-end cooling module,the temperature of the rear housing of the cooling fan motor can be effectively improved.
