摘 要:在机动车发动机空滤芯的生产过程中,折纸线、滤纸粘接线、缠胶线、PU注胶线、印字线、包装线等各工段都有各自的失效模式,如果出现质量问题,就需要浪费大量时间和精力去分析和检查,不仅浪费了设备产能,还会耽误客户的交付,招致抱怨甚至赔偿。举出空滤芯出现泄漏的实际案例,使用PFMEA(过程失效模式与后果分析) 进行分析,找出产生泄漏的直接原因和根本原因,并从前道序找到解决办法并进行优化,然后进行批量验证,最终彻底解决滤芯泄漏的质量问题,降低了发动机发生故障的风险,并提高了发动机的使用寿命。In the production process of motor vehicle engine air filter element,pleating line,paper stick line,string wrapping line,PU dosing line,printing line,packaging line and other sections have their own failure mode,if there is a quality problem,it will need to waste a lot of time and energy to analyze and check,not only waste equipment capacity,but also delay the delivery of customers and complain and even compensation.The article gives a practical case of filter element leakage,uses PFMEA to analyze,finds out the direct and root causes of leakage,finds solutions from the previous sequence and optimizes,and then conducts batch verification,and finally completely solves the quality problem of filter element leakage,reduces the risk of engine failure,and improves the service life of the engine.
