摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了硅锰复合物(Si-Mn),通过扫描电子显微镜和比表面积分析仪对Si-Mn进行了表征,探讨了吸附剂的用量、溶液中铬离子初始质量浓度、pH值、温度和振荡时间对吸附反应结果的影响,并进行了热力学方程、动力学方程和等温方程的拟合以探讨吸附反应的作用机理。结果表明:Si-Mn对废水中的铬离子去除效果良好,在120min内达到吸附平衡;Si-Mn吸附剂加入量越多,吸附率越高,吸附量越低。吸附反应符合Freundlich和Temkin吸附模型以及准二级动力学方程和颗粒内扩散方程。吸附热力学研究表明,Si-Mn吸附剂对铬离子的反应为自发的吸热反应。Si-Mn composite(Si-Mn)was prepared by co-precipitation and characterized by SEM and BET.The effects of Si-Mn dosage,initial mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ),pH value,temperature and shock time on the adsorption properties of Cr(Ⅵ)in waste water were investigated.Experimental data were analyzed and fitted with kinetic,isotherm models,and thermodynamics simulation to understand the adsorption behavior.Results revealed that Si-Mn possessed potential to remove Cr(Ⅵ)from waste water.The equilibrium time was at 120 min in this study.The more the loading dosage of Si-Mn adsorbent,the higher the adsorption rate and the lower the adsorption amount.Freundlich and Temkin isotherm models could be used to fit the adsorption mechanism.The adsorption reaction conformed to the pseudo-second order rate equation and the in-particle diffusion equation.The adsorption thermodynamics showed that the reaction was a spontaneous endothermic reaction.
