摘  要:针对油田常用的J55油管,结合油田实际开采情况,利用正交实验探究了不同影响因素下的J55挂片冲蚀速率,并依据实验测试结果,采用简便软件分析其结合和相对误差;在此基础上分析了最劣和最优下形貌和元素,探讨了腐蚀机理。结果表明:测试条件下温度、含水率是高度显著影响因素,其次是转速、CO_(2)分压、总压、矿化度以及pH。其实验与拟合平均腐蚀速率的相对误差均在±10%内,完全满足工程需求。腐蚀速率最劣组合条件下,腐蚀产物膜厚且易脱落,以局部腐蚀为主;而腐蚀速率最优组合条件下,挂片表面附着有致密且分布均匀的颗粒沉积物阻止腐蚀的加剧。Aiming at the J55 tubing commonly used in oilfields,combined with the actual production conditions of oilfields,the erosion rate of J55 coupons under different influencing factors was explored by orthogonal experiments;And based on the experimental test results,simple software was used to analyze its combination and relative error;On this basis,the worst and best morphology and elements were analyzed,and the corrosion mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the temperature and water content were highly significant influencing factors under the test conditions,followed by the rotation speed,CO_(2)partial pressure,total pressure,salinity and pH.The relative error between the experiment and the fitted average corrosion rate was within±10%,which could meet the engineering requirements.Under the worst combination condition of corrosion rate,the corrosion product film was thick and easy to fall off,local corrosion mainly happened;While under the optimal combination condition of corrosion rate,dense and uniform particle deposits were attached to the coupon surface to prevent the aggravation of corrosion.
