纳米碳酸钙对钒渣基材料性能的影响

摘  要:以钒渣、白泥作为主要原料,亚硫酸纸浆废液作为结合剂,引入纳米碳酸钙,制备一种钒渣基材料,研究纳米碳酸钙的加入量对钒渣基材料性能、物相组成及显微结构的影响。结果表明:当纳米碳酸钙的加入量为12%时,钒渣基材料的性能达到最好,此时耐压强度为89.78 MPa、体积密度为1.878 g·cm^(-3)、显气孔率为7.35%;通过XRD检测分析发现,当纳米碳酸钙的加入量≤9%时,钒渣基材料中存在的矿物相主要有石英、方石英、铝酸三钙,纳米碳酸钙的加入量增至12%时,铝酸三钙逐渐消失,出现偏硅酸钙相,且随着纳米碳酸钙加入量的增加,偏硅酸钙的峰增强,石英相的峰减弱;借助SEM检测发现,引入纳米碳酸钙的钒渣基材料中形成封闭、孤立的微气孔,且孔与孔之间连接紧密,但当纳米碳酸钙的加入量大于12%,钒渣基材料致密度降低。本研究为综合利用固废钒渣制备一种高强材料提供了一定的理论基础。With vanadium slag and white mud as the main raw materials,and waste liquid of sulfite pulp as the binder,nano-CaCO3 was introduced to prepare a vanadium slag based material.The effect of the addition amount of nano-calcium carbonate on the properties,phase composition and microstructure of vanadium slag based material was studied.The research results showed that,when the mass fraction of nano-calcium carbonate was 12%,the performance of vanadium slag based material was the best,the compressive strength was 89.78 MPa,the bulk density was 1.878 g·cm^(-3),and the apparent porosity was 7.35%.XRD analysis showed that when the amount of nano-calcium carbonate was less than 9%,the mineral phases in vanadium slag-based materials mainly included quartz,cristobalite and tricalcium aluminate.When the amount of nano-calcium carbonate was increased to 12%,tricalcium aluminate gradually disappeared and calcium metasilicate phase appeared.With the increase of nano-calcium carbonate,the peak of calcium metasilicate was enhanced,while the peak of quartz phase was weakened.It was found by SEM that closed and isolated micro-pores were formed in the vanadium slag based material with nano-calcium carbonate,and the connections between pores were tight.However,when the amount of nano-calcium carbonate was more than 12%,the density of vanadium slag based materials decreased.This study can provide a theoretical basis for synthesizing solid waste vanadium slag to prepare a high-strength material.
