摘 要:选用高铝粉煤灰、镁砂、硅微粉为合成堇青石的主要原料,分别添加1%、2%、3%的ZrO_(2)和1%、2%、3%的Ca F2,在100 k N的压力下压制成Φ36 mm×36 mm圆柱状试样,在1300℃下烧结3 h,通过检测试样的体积收缩率、体积密度、显气孔率、吸水率、耐压强度以及XRD分析试样成分、SEM观察试样表面形貌,研究添加剂对堇青石性能的影响。结果表明:ZrO_(2)和Ca F2的加入降低了堇青石的烧成温度,增大了堇青石的体积密度和耐压强度,提高了堇青石的致密度,并且ZrO_(2)和Ca F2的加入促进了高温堇青石的生成,并且晶体结构均匀完整。High alumina fly ash,magnesia and silicon micro powder were selected as the main raw materials for synthesis of cordierite.1%,2%,3%ZrO_(2)and 1%,2%,3%CaF2 were respectively added to makeΦ36mm×36mm cylindrical sample under the pressure of 100 kN,and sintered at 1300℃for 3 h.By detecting the volume shrinkage and volume density of the sample,apparent porosity,water absorption,compressive strength,XRD analysis of sample composition,SEM observation of sample surface morphology,effect of the additives on cordierite properties was studied.The results showed that the addition of ZrO_(2)and CaF2 decreased the sintering temperature of cordierite,increased the volume density and compressive strength of cordierite,and improved the density of cordierite.Moreover,the addition of ZrO_(2)and CaF2 promoted the formation of high temperature cordierite,and the crystal structure was uniform and complete.
