摘  要:为了更加有效地降低高浓度有机污水中COD含量,室内以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(AMPS)和表活性单体(BH)为原料,制备了一种适合高浓度有机污水絮凝处理用的表活性絮凝剂BH-12,室内对其合成条件进行了优化,并对比评价了BH-12与其他常用市售絮凝剂的絮凝效果。结果表明:表活性絮凝剂BH-12的最佳合成条件为单体配比m(DMDAAC)∶m(AMPS)∶m(BH)=72∶20∶8、单体总质量分数25%、链转移剂加量0.075%、引发剂加量0.3%、反应温度70℃、反应时间6 h。BH-12对目标高浓度有机污水的絮凝处理效果明显优于其他几种常用市售絮凝剂,当其加量为200 mg·L^(-1)时,污水中COD的去除率可以达到99.2%,COD值可由初始的5056 mg·L^(-1)降低至40 mg·L^(-1),起到了絮凝处理效果。In order to reduce the COD content in high concentration organic wastewater more effectively,a surface active flocculant BH-12 suitable for flocculation treatment of high concentration organic wastewater was prepared by using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid sodium(AMPS)and surface active monomer(BH)as raw materials in the laboratory.The synthesis conditions were optimized in the laboratory,the flocculation effects of BH-12 and other commonly used commercial flocculants were compared and evaluated.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of surface active flocculant BH-12 were as follows:m(DMDAAC):m(AMPS):m(BH)=72:20:8,the total mass fraction of monomer 25%,the amount of chain transfer agent 0.075%,the amount of initiator 0.3%,the reaction temperature 70 C,and the reaction time 6 h.The flocculation treatment effect of BH-12 on the target high concentration organic wastewater was obviously better than several other commonly used commercial flocculants.When the dosage of BH-12 was 200 mg·L^(-1),the removal rate of COD in the wastewater reached 99.2%,and the COD was reduced from the initial 5056 mg L^(-1)to 40 mg·L^(-1),playing flocculation treatment effect.
