摘 要:聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAM)具有良好的两亲性,是一种热响应型水凝胶。系统考察了交联剂用量和反应温度对PNIPAM水凝胶热致行为的影响。研究发现,两个因素对PNIPAM水凝胶的低临界溶液温度(LCST)影响不大,但对其外观形态、溶胀率以及收缩和溶胀动力学有较大影响。动力学结果表明,PNIPAM水凝胶的收缩和溶胀是一个多步复杂的过程,相对于低温(4℃)和高温(45℃)下的反应,25℃下交联剂用量大于6 phr时可获得性能较稳定、热致行为近似一致的PNIPAM水凝胶。稳定的热响应性能使其在智能材料、智能机器人、控制药物释放等方面具有巨大的应用潜力。Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)is a thermo-responsive hydrogel with good amphiphilic properties.The effects of the amount of crosslinking agent and the reaction temperature on the thermo-induced behavior of PNIPAM hydrogel were systematically investigated.The results showed that both of them had little effect on the low critical solution temperature(LCST)of PNIPAM hydrogel,but had great influences on its appearance,swelling ratio,as well as shrinkage and swelling kinetics.The kinetic results showed from that the shrinkage and swelling of PNIPAM hydrogel was a complex multi-step process.Compared with the reaction at low temperature(4℃)and high temperature(45℃),the PNIPAM hydrogel with robust performance and similar thermo-induced behavior could be obtained with more than 6 phr of crosslinking agent at 25℃.Stable thermal response performance is promising to be applied with great potentials in intelligent materials,intelligent robot,and in control of drug release,and so on.
