摘　　要：针对常规凝胶类调剖剂对优势水流通道封堵效果差问题,以自有调剖主剂产品P01为调剖主剂,以前期优选出的3种单剂为调剖助剂,开展配方研究及性能评价。通过室内静态评价,详细考察了调剖主剂、调剖助剂用量对体系成胶性能的影响,确定了适合封堵渤海S油田高渗条带的有机复合交联调剖剂配方:调剖主剂质量浓度范围为4000~6000 mg·L^(-1),调剖助剂A质量浓度范围为2000~2500 mg·L^(-1),调剖助剂B质量浓度范围为2000~3000 mg·L^(-1),调剖助剂C质量浓度范围为2000~3000 mg·L^(-1)。通过加药顺序对体系二次成胶性能影响实验,明确了最佳调剖助剂组合方式及加药顺序是3种单剂同时配制;同时长岩芯封堵实验结果表明封堵率达到97.3%,注水15 PV后,岩心管注入压力是注堵剂前的11.3倍和15.1倍,说明堵剂均具有较好的封堵和耐冲刷性能。2021年在渤海S油田进行矿场应用,并取得良好封堵效果。In view of the poor plugging effect of conventional gel profile control agents on superior water flow channels,the formula research and performance evaluation were carried out with the proprietary polymer product P01 as the main profile control agent and three single agents selected in the earlier stage as profile control additives.Through indoor static evaluation,the effects of polymer and crosslinking agent dosage on the gelation performance of the system were investigated in detail.The organic composite crosslinking profile control agent formula suitable for sealing the high permeability zone of Bohai S oilfield was determined:polymer mass concentration range was 4000~6000 mg·L^(-1),crosslinking agent A mass concentration range was 2000~2500 mg L^(-1),crosslinking agent B mass concentration range was 2000~3000 mg·L^(-1),and crosslinking agent C mass concentration range was 2000~3000 mg·L^(-1).By conducting experiments on the influence of dosing sequence on the secondary gelation performance of the system,the optimal crosslinking agent combination method and dosing sequence were determined to be the simultaneous formulation of three single agents;At the same time,the results of the long core plugging experiment showed that the plugging rate reached 97.3%.After injecting 15 PV of water,the injection pressure of the core tube was 11.3 times and 15.1 times higher than that before injecting the plugging agent,indicating that the plugging agents had good plugging and erosion resistance performance.In 2021,it was applied in the Bohai S oilfield and achieved good sealing results.
