摘 要:在注水过程中,碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))等无机盐的沉积会造成地层损害和生产设备故障。实验分析了流动条件对碳酸钙结垢的影响,测定了不同雷诺数的搅拌槽中CaCO_(3)结晶的诱导期,还测定了延长碳酸盐岩心样品在不同静态和动态条件下的碳酸钙阻垢性能。结果表明:增大流速(雷诺数)对CaCO_(3)结晶诱导期的延长有较大影响,然而诱导期在较高的值时变化不显著。使用实验室自制的阻垢剂,将碳酸钙保持在30 mg·L^(-1)的恒定质量浓度,升温至120℃,阻垢剂的阻垢效果不会明显降低。岩心伤害实验表明,碳酸钙沉淀对地层的伤害取决于溶液的注入速度。During water injection,the deposition of inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))can cause formation damage and production equipment failure.In this paper,the effect of flow conditions on calcium carbonate fouling was analyzed.The induction period of CaCO_(3)crystallization in stirred tanks with different Reynolds numbers was determined.In addition,the calcium carbonate scale inhibition performance of Yanchang carbonate core samples under different static and dynamic conditions was determined.The results showed that,increasing the flow rate(Reynolds number)had large effect on the prolongation of the CaCO_(3)crystallization induction period.However,the induction period did not change significantly at higher values.Using a laboratory homemade scale inhibitor,the scale inhibition effect of the inhibitor was not significantly reduced by maintaining a constant mass concentration of calcium carbonate at 30 mg:L^(-1)and increasing the temperature to 120 C.Core injury experiments showed that the injury to the formation from calcium carbonate precipitation depended on the injection rate of the solution.
