摘 要:减阻剂是成品油长输管道中重要的节能降耗手段之一。现有研究并未对减阻剂的机理和影响因素给出明确定论,且很少在成品油管道开展相关研究。依托西南成品油管道都匀至贵阳段,选取了雷诺数以及减阻剂加注质量分数进行减阻率的应用效果分析,总结了三者之间的变化关系。最后选定经验公式对三者进行了公式拟合,最大误差为10%,可以较好地指导实际生产应用。Drag reducing agent is one of the important means of energy saving in product oil long distance pipeline.Existing studies have not given clear conclusions on the mechanism and influencing factors of drag reduction agents,and few related studies have been carried out in product oil pipelines.Based on Duyun-Guiyang section of southwest refined oil pipeline,Reynolds number and drag reduction agent filling mass fraction were selected to analyze the application effect of drag reduction rate,and the relationship between the three changes was summarized.Finally,the empirical formula was selected to fit the three formulas,and the maximum error was 10%,which can better guide the practical production application.
