摘 要:受强注强采影响,文96储气库气井在周期性生产过程中油套环空带压现象越来越多。为保障储气库在冬季调峰过程中正常运行,减少对油套管的伤害,延长管柱使用年限,减少维护成本,综合考虑保护液体积受温度压力变化的影响以及压力、温度变化对油管、套管管柱的影响,推导出考虑了生产管柱受温度变化影响的油套环空压力预测新模型,并对比分析了温度、压力变化对环空内压力的影响,对比了是否考虑套管受温度变化的环空内压力的差异,最后给出了油套环空的起压管控措施。计算结果表明,高温高压下生产套管受温度变化影响较大,环空压力变化值较大,温度变化对套管影响不可忽略。该模型对现场环空压力的预测,为现场采取措施治理环空压力提供了依据。Under the influence of strong injection and strong production,there are more and more phenomena of pressure in the annulus of oil well in Wen 96 gas storage during periodic production.In order to ensure the gas production during the winter and reduce the damage to the tube to reduce the maintenance cost,considering the influence of temperature and pressure changes on the volume of protective fluid and the influence of pressure and temperature changes on tubing and casing string,a new wellhead annular pressure prediction model was deduced.The influence of temperature,pressure change on the pressure in the annulus and the change of the pressure in the annulus were analyzed.And the pressure in the annulus effected by the casing temperature change was also analyzed.At last,measures to control pressure in annulus were put forward.The result showed that the production casing under high temperature had a significant impact on the pressure in the annulus,which cannot be ignored in productin.This paper has great significance to safety management of pressure in annulus.
