摘　　要：重点介绍了固定床加氢反应器内构件的主要组成部分,包括入口扩散器、气液分配器、积垢篮筐以及冷氢系统。详细介绍了内构件的作用以及内构件技术的研究现状。在原油劣质化程度加剧、反应器向大型化发展的趋势下,指出了未来内构件技术的开发朝着紧凑、高效的方向发展。适宜的内构件对于提升加氢反应效果以及延长加氢装置运转周期至关重要。The main components of internals for fixed-bed hydroprocessing reactors were emphatically introduced,including inlet diffuser,vapor-liquid distributor,fouling basket and quench system.The role of internals and the research status of internals technology were introduced in detail.Under the trend of worsening crude oil quality and the development of large-scale reactors,it was pointed out that the development of internals would be compact and efficient in the future.Appropriate internals are critical to improve the effect of hydroprocessing reaction and prolong the operation cycle of the hydroprocessing unit.
