摘 要:全面分析炼油作业区废水来源、水质和水量等情况。通过源头管控、污污分治等措施,实现了废水的全面达标处理。结合企业现有工艺,提出可行性高、投资成本低、运行成本低的废水高比例回用方案。针对高盐水提出了“高级氧化+生化+深度处理”的深度达标处理和“减量化+蒸发结晶”的零排工艺路线,为沿江炼化企业的废水高比例回用及减污降碳提供了参考依据。The source,quality and quantity of wastewater in the refinery area were analyzed comprehensively.Through the measures of source control,pollution separation and treatment,the comprehensive treatment of wastewater was achieved.Combined with the existing technology of the enterprise,a high proportion wastewater reuse scheme with high feasibility,low investment cost and low operation cost was proposed.For high salinity water,the advanced standard treatment of"advanced oxidation+biological treatment+advanced treatment"and the zero discharge process route of"reduction+evaporation crystallization"were proposed.The paper can provide some reference for the high proportion reuse of wastewater and the reduction of pollution and carbon in the refining and chemical enterprises along the river.
