摘 要:通过理论依据和工程实际两方面对螺杆制冷机组振动进行了深入的研究和分析。在研究的过程中,对因转子不平衡、刚性联轴器连接不对中等原因造成的机组的振动超标故障机理进行了深层次的研究。同时,通过一次设备技术攻关案例探讨了刚性转子现场高速动平衡所涉及的若干问题。结合炼油厂的实际情况构造了针对大功率自润滑滑动轴承支撑电机现场高速动平衡系统,实现了此类电机转子微小不平衡现场处理,并从多方面对如何提高多套大功率大制冷螺杆制冷机组的运行水平、控制噪音进行了探讨。The vibration of screw refrigeration unit was deeply studied and analyzed based on theoretical basis and engineering practice.In the process of research,the failure mechanism of excessive vibration of the unit caused by unbalanced rotor and improper connection of rigid coupling was deeply studied.At the same time,some problems involved in on-site high-speed dynamic balance of rigid rotor were discussed through a case of equipment technology.Combined with the actual situation of the refinery,a field high-speed dynamic balance system for high-power self-lubricating sliding bearing supported motors was constructed,and the field treatment of small rotor imbalance of such motors was realized.How to improve the operation level and control noise of several sets of high-power large refrigeration screw refrigeration units was discussed from various aspects.
