摘  要:石油炼制行业是一个VOCs污染较重的行业,在这个行业中污水处理场属于其中一个重要的污染源。污水处理场VOCs亟需治理,以改善周边大气状况,营造良好的环境。抚顺石化公司石油三厂对污水处理系统建设配套的废气处理设施,采用反吊膜密闭收集方式,将污水系统废气全部密闭回收。采用两段生物法和深度吸附组合工艺,对污水系统废气进行治理。结果表明:该组合处理工艺在污水处理场VOCs治理中应用效果良好,处理后的尾气浓度远低于国家标准。The petroleum refining industry is an industry with heavy VOCs pollution,and sewage treatment plants are one of the important sources of pollution in this industry.The VOCs in sewage treatment plants urgently need to be treated to improve the surrounding atmospheric conditions and create a good environment.Fushun Petrochemical Company No.3 Refinery adopts a reverse hanging membrane sealed collection method to construct a supporting waste gas treatment facility for the sewage treatment system,and all waste gas from the sewage system is sealed and recycled.The two-stage biological method and deep adsorption combination process are used to treat the waste gas from the sewage system.The results show that the combined treatment process has good application effect in the treatment of VOCs in sewage treatment plants,and the tail gas concentration after treatment is far lower than the national standard.
