摘　　要：总结欧阳惠卿教授开创性运用葛根芩连汤加减治疗不孕症的临床经验。欧阳教授认为湿、热、瘀、虚是不孕症发病的核心病机。针对湿热瘀互结的不孕症患者,古方新用,应用葛根芩连汤化裁,随症加减治疗,取得较好疗效。同时,欧阳教授主张不孕症治疗用药宜平和,忌用峻烈之品。This paper summarizes professor OUYANG Huiqing's pioneering clinical experience in using modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction to treat infertility.Professor OUYANG believes that dampness,heat,stasis,and deficiency are the core pathogenesis of infertility.For patients with infertility caused by the combination of dampness,heat,and blood stasis,a new ancient formula has been used.Gegen Qinlian Decoction has been modified and treated according to the symptoms,achieving good therapeutic effects.At the same time,professor OUYANG advocates that the use of drugs for the treatment of infertility should be gentle and avoid the use of harsh substances.
