摘　　要：张琳琪教授对微小病变肾病的诊治有独到见解,主张中西医结合治疗本病,常用甲泼尼龙片、他克莫司胶囊联合中医药治疗。本病以脾肾气虚、湿热血瘀为主,在临床用药上,补肾益气常用黄芪、白术、菟丝子、桑螵蛸、续断等;清热利湿常用黄柏、绵萆薢、积雪草、虎杖、黄芩等;清热养阴常用生地黄、知母、牡丹皮、墨旱莲、地骨皮等;活血化瘀常用丹参、莪术、赤芍、泽兰、川牛膝等。Professor ZHANG Linqi has unique opinions on the diagnosis and therapy of minimal change disease(MCD),and advocates the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat MCD,commonly using methylprednisolone tablets,tacrolimus capsules combined with traditional Chinese medicine.MCD is mainly characterized by deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,damp-heat and blood stasis.In clinical medicine,Huangqi,Baizhu,Tusizi,Sangpiaoxiao,and Xuduan are commonly used for tonifying qi of the kidney;Huangbai,Mianbixie,Jixuecao,Huzhang and Huangqin for clearing heat and promoting diuresis;Shengdihuang,Zhimu,Mudanpi,Mohanlian,and Digupi for clearing heat and nourishing yin;Danshen,Ezhu,Chishao,Zelan,Chuanniuxi and other medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
